I'm baaacccckkkkkk!
What a wonderful trip it was. NYC in October is perfect in every way, (as is NYC in May)! Seeing BARBRA again was thrilling, as always! I did so many Barbra things with old & many new Barbra-Buddies!
Here are some random pictures, and a little something about them.
Tha "Pickle" part of a wonerful lunch at Spiter's Corner. We sat at along bench that was wide open onto the street. For two hours we sat there, ate great food and watched as the city passed us by.
I got my tattoo! (See second picture for commentary on the process).
No comment necessary, (face says it all).
We had coffee and muffins here one morning. This is in the Meat Packing district, and it's a triangle in between three streets. Pretty cute area of town.
Bryant Park is my new found jewel in the city. We have walked by it, and passed it for years, but had never been inside to experience the magic. It truly is one of my new favorite places. Nestled in between tall buildings on three sides, and the back of the NYC Public Library on the forth side, it is pure beauty.
While at Bryant Park, we bought coffee, found a cool patio with comfy chairs and jazz music, and we were happy. I read, Joe drew, we talked, took pictures and just had the best time. We spent a full three hours there that day.
One new thing I got to see was The High Line, which is a ling walking park that was built on an old elevated train track. It truly really something to see. It ended at Chelsea Market, which we had never been to, and really enjoyed it there.
A part of The High Line which has an area where you can view the street below.
Random cool shot of Russ & Daughter's window. Very New York.
Pizza! You can't go to NYC with getting some pizza. This is something I had back in April while we were there, and I've been thinking about it every since! From a small hole in the wall in the Theater distinct, it's Lasagna Pizza! Oh so good!
Me, at Rockefeller Center, where......I opened the door for Chelsea Clinton while leaving Bouchon.
While in Union Square, we stopped into this crazy cool restaurant bar called Lillie's. It was cold this day and we were in need of wine, coffee & some food. It was Victorian, and grand with great port, wonderful appetisers & an amazing pumpkin soup!
Thanks for stopping by to see me. I'll have more for you soon.

Love these Paul!!! Would love to meet you two one day!!
